Which Postal method do you use?

I send all orders by tracked first class delivery so that I can be sure that the pieces that I have worked on with so much care for you to enjoy reach you safely 

Can I return items?

I hope that you will love your purchase from my little shop but I do understand that sometimes we all change our minds, so if you would like to return an item, just drop me an email or use my contact form and I will provide you with a return address for you to send your item. I recommend using a tracked service so it gets here and I can issue a refund nice and quickly for you.

Can I cancel my workshop place?

 If you need to cancel your workshop place, please let me know with as much notice as possible via email or my contact form. I am happy to offer full refunds, as I wouldn't want to think of anyone out of pocket for a workshop that they cant attend.
