Comfort Card Inserts

These cards are designed to be slipped inside your chosen card. There is a choice of three cards. Each one has words to aid self regulation, self soothing during periods of acute stress.
 
They are printed in my studio on 300gsm card. It is FSC® certified, meaning that materials used to make the card have been ethically sourced from well-managed and sustainable forests. 
 
They can be kept in a purse, wallet or phone case, so they are close at hand when they are needed.
